The night
Three hours behind the shaker
A hands-on mixology class with the lights down and the music up. You make ten mini cocktails, learn the techniques behind them, and meet a new table at every round.

What you learn
Real technique, not party tricks. Well, a few tricks.
Each round adds a new skill, so the tenth drink is nothing like the first.
- Measuring and building in the glass
- Shaking, and when not to
- Stirring and dilution
- Muddling, straining and fine straining
- Garnishes that do something
- A first taste of flair
